There is a height limit for menorahs.

Hanukkah

Despite both being at the clearly defined height limit of 32-feet-tall, two menorahs in New York are currently at odds claiming to have the largest in the world. One is in Grand Army Plaza, Brooklyn and claims to have a shamash that is six inches higher than it’s Manhattan competitor located on the corner of Fifth Ave. and 59th St. So far, no winner has been declared.
